For this assignment, I applied my Photoshop skills to create professional social media headers and posts.
I selected and created three different social media products ensuring each design was tailored to the platform's specifications. I incorporated relevant images into my posts.

For this assignment, I created a Designer’s Idea Book using Adobe Creative Cloud Express. The project focused on color theory and how professional designers use color effectively. My book was 9 pages total (8.5 x 11 inches) and included a custom-designed cover. Inside, I featured examples that showed the use of complementary colors, contrasting colors, warm colors, cool colors, and monochromatic colors. I also included examples of how color is used in nature, culture, and history.

For this assignment, I used everything I had learned so far in class, including writing and design skills, to create a magazine-style layout about myself. I started by writing a 500–750 word biography and paired it with personal and online photos to help tell my story visually. I also included a chart with a fun fact about myself, which is my top music artists and albums.To add variety, I added a page of my favorite hobby and my equipment plus the cost. I combined all these elements into a 2–3 page magazine layout, designed to look clean, creative, and professional.

This was a project we were assigned to do in class. I created a vertically folding restaurant menu using Adobe InDesign. The full size of the menu was 8.5 x 11 inches, and when folded, it measured 4.25 x 11 inches. I designed the front cover, two inside pages, and a back cover. The main focus was on typesetting, so I used correct punctuation, spacing before and after paragraphs, indents, tabs, and tab leaders to keep the design clean and easy to read.

For this assignment, I created an original 11 x 17-inch poster using Adobe Creative Cloud apps. After working through the Poster Lab and learning about the design process, I sketched out at least two ideas with grids before starting my final layout. I chose to design a flyer and focused on using strong visuals, layout, and typography to get my message across. This project helped me explore new techniques in Adobe and practice creating professional-quality poster designs from scratch.
