I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology at the University of North Texas. I also work at Sewell BMW as a service cashier, where I’ve gained valuable experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and multitasking in a high-volume, client-centered environment. Through this role, I’ve learned how to effectively communicate with diverse customers, including navigating challenging interactions with professionalism and empathy. I’ve also gained insight into how successful businesses operate and the importance of maintaining a strong brand image,
skills and knowledge that directly align with my passion for public relations. I’m eager to apply these real-world experiences to a future career focused on strategic communication, brand reputation, and relationship-building.
